Chasen Chess is a highly sought after real estate agent and advisor with over 30 years of experience. He began his real estate career in 1991 and his marketing and negotiation skills put him in the top 1% of agents in the United States beginning in 1997.
He has successfully handled hundreds of realty transactions for sellers, buyers, and investors. He’s meticulous in every detail of the real estate process. He and his talented staff ensure that all parties are thoroughly informed from contract to closing.
Chasen is a master negotiator with extensive training from real estate negotiation experts like Chris Voss, Tom Ferry, Robert Cialdini, J. Scott and Grant Cardone. He has studied marketing from college through his days producing his popular podcast – Entrepreneur Marketing Mania. He was Colorado’s Master Marketing Trainer for Guerrilla Marketing International, one of the most iconic marketing firms in the world. He’s also author of the new book – THE REAL ESTATE MARKETING WHISPERER – Savvy and Successful Marketing Methods for Home Sellers, Real Estate Agents and Investors, published in summer of 2024.

Even though Chasen is 100% dedicated to his business and clients, he does have a personal life. He has two wonderful children, Brianna and Eli, who live in Los Angeles as they pursue their career dreams.  They are Chasen’s two favorite people in the world and he heads north to visit them as often as his busy schedule allows.

Beyond his kids, Chasen’s priority is spending time with his exceptional friends as they seek exciting new restaurants to explore, wines to taste and entertaining spots around southern California to enjoy.

Chasen has been involved in athletics since elementary school when he played baseball, basketball, football, track and swimming through high school.  He makes time to hit the gym several times each week to stay fit and keep his energy at peak levels. Beyond the gym, he surfs, runs, bikes, skis and hikes the scenic trails around southern California. You might also run into him at a Padres, Aztecs, or Gulls game.

Chasen is also an avid reader focusing on business, marketing and sales. He threw away his television years ago and reads 50-75 books a year instead. Give him a roaring fireplace, a smooth cabernet and a great book and he’s a happy camper!
